Rodriguez has also served as adjunct faculty at Boise State University as a saxophone instructor, and has been actively involved in music in Idaho since 1998. Rodriguez is the Band Director at Timberline High School where he currently teaches Marching Band and Pep Band, Wind Symphony, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, AP Music Theory, Beginning Guitar, and Music Appreciation. In 2016, he began a new adventure by adding 7th and 8th grade Drama to his Choir and Music Appreciation schedule. In 2006, Todd started a new teaching position at Middleton Middle School teaching C hoir and 6th grade Music Appreciation. At Homedale he taught Marching Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, Concert Band and Choir for 6-12 grade. He began his career in 2002 in Homedale, Idaho. Todd Thompson teaches Choir, Drama and Music Appreciation for 6-8 grades at Middleton Middle School.
